We are a virtual kundalini yoga community

Sat Nam! Thank you for visiting West Coast Sadhana!

We are a community of Kundalini yogis, gathering for a group online Aquarian Sadhana every day.

We offer live Aquarian Sadhana 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 4:30 am to 7:00 am Pacific Time.

This is FREE for everyone, and you are welcome to join us anytime during our practice time.

Since this is not a class but a devotional morning practice for experienced yogis, instructions for each posture may not be as detailed as in regular classes.

Please always listen to your body and be mindful during the practice.

You are your own Guru♥

How we began …

Our community began in 2011 at Seventh Chakra Yoga studio in Huntington Beach, California. We have operated continuously since that time, transitioning to a virtual space in 2022 under the name West Coast Sadhana. Our leaders are all formally trained in Kundalini Yoga leadership and collectively bring many years of practice and experience.

About the Founders

  • Angad

Angad began her Kundalini yoga journey in 1980, taking classes from various teachers throughout the So Cal -LA and Orange County areas. After many years as a devoted student, she initiated her KY Teacher Training endeavors in the Aquarian Age of 2011. She has been a Sadhana leader since 2012 and leads regularly at West Coast Sadhana.

  • Dhyan

Since my childhood, the idea of living in an ashram intrigued me, sensing a void and believing in the magical essence forgotten by humanity. My sister-in-law helped fill that emptiness through metaphysical books, deep conversations, family constellations, and later, Kundalini yoga, my healing refuge amid life's challenges. Following an inner calling, I discovered The House of Guru Ram Das and Kundalini Yoga in California, meeting my Teacher, Ram Das Bir Sing. Blissful states, arising from breath, spine, and chanting, revealed our innate divine nature as human beings. Teacher training at Yoga West called, and soon a lot of difficult changes occurred in my personal life. One day, in class, images of Aquarian Sadhana surfaced in my mind, prompting a commitment to practice it daily for 1,000 days to transcend life's upheavals. At Seventh Chakra each morning, at 4:30 am, amidst work, travel, divorce, and a pandemic, I found solace. Beyond pain relief, this journey unveiled an indestructible sanctuary in my heart. I discovered the ashram within online, at West Coast Sadhana, connecting with others on a similar path. Not everyone gets as lucky as we are. Welcome to free the ashram of the soul. I feel honored to share this path with you.
